What makes you excited to come to work in the morning? I love what I do; it’s always different and challenging and I have a delightful group of people that I work with. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. We can laugh.

What do you look for in a mentor? Somebody I can be really honest with, and they can be honest with me. Someone who has seen me in action and can give good feedback.
